It includes:
Pineapple a natural diuretic with vitamin C and enzymes that target parasites
Ginger & turmeric are both natural anti-inflammatories and antioxidants
Spinach is filled with powerful antioxidant properties and fibre
Ingredients
1 cup pineapple juice
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Handful of fresh spinach leaves
1/4 - 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger (adjust to taste)
1/4 tsp tumeric
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender or Nutribullet
Give it a whizz up until everything is combined
Drink and enjoy!
